I can finally say I have my DREAM vehicle and I have Matt and Marc to Thank!! Over the years I have “had” to go to the big dealerships as they are supposed to have the right car and best deal for each individual . . . WRONG!!
Finally, a local Family owned business Maine Steel Auto is the one and only place to truly find exactly what you need and want!! From the moment I contacted Matt he was 100% invested in making my purchase right and honest. None of the hassle with having the Salesperson going to another room trying to make a deal with the person behind closed doors. When working with Matt, all of the information and figures were visible on the large top quality customer computer screen as Matt clearly explained all of the details. No hidden agenda, just the straight forward and most welcome truth!
To add to this utmost professional experience, the family factor was above and beyond. My granddaughter was with me when we test drove the van which was after a long day of work and school. When I returned to Maine Street Auto Matt and Marc had purchased my granddaughter dinner! To have a business care about the personal well being of all people involved is worth more than words can say . . .
Our family LOVES our new van and we look forward to many road trips and adventures, as well as continued business and friendship ??
